In mechanical processing, in terms of technology, what are the requirements that need to be complied with? Only by complying with these technical requirements can the finished product of machining be more standardized and reasonable. The specific technical requirements are as follows:
(1) Remove the oxide scale of the parts.
(2) There should be no scratches, abrasions and other defects that damage the surface of the part on the processed surface of the part.
(3) The tolerance of the unmarked shape should meet the requirements of GB1184-80, and the allowable deviation of the unmarked length dimension is ±0.5mm.
(4) The casting tolerance zone is symmetrical to the basic size configuration of the rough casting.
(5) The assembling of rolling bearings is allowed to use oil heating for hot charging, and the temperature of the oil shall not exceed 100°C.
(6) Sealing packing or sealant is allowed when assembling the hydraulic system, but it should be prevented from entering the system.
(7) The parts and components entering the assembly must have the certificate of the inspection department before they can be assembled.
(8) The parts must be cleaned and cleaned before assembling, and there must be no burrs, flashes, oxide skin, rust, chips, oil, colorants and dust.
(9) The main matching dimensions of parts and components, especially the interference fit dimensions and related accuracy, should be reviewed before assembly.
(10) Knocking, bumping, scratching and corrosion of parts are not allowed during the assembly process.
