The production and processing precision of a mechanical processing plant includes three levels: on the one hand, it is the precision of the specifications, which limits the deviation of the specifications between the two standards between the production and processing surfaces to not exceed the necessary scope; on the other hand, the precision of the geometric shapes restricts the production and processing. The macroeconomic geometry of the surface has deviations, such as roundness, cylindricity, parallelism, and straightness.


 On the other hand, it is the precision of mutual parts, which limits the mutual part deviations between the two standards of the mechanical processing factory's production and processing surface layers, such as coaxiality, flatness and parallelism. The precision of production and processing is the level of the main parameters of the actual specifications, appearance, and parts of the surface of the parts after production and the main parameters of the idealized geometry specified in the engineering drawings.


 The main parameters of idealized geometric figures are average specifications for specifications; circles, cylinders, plane diagrams, spheres and parallel lines, etc. for surface geometric figures; for mutual parts in the middle of the surface , Refers to the parallel plane, vertical, coaxial output, symmetry and so on.


The actual deviation of the main parameters of the geometrical figure and the main parameters of the idealized geometric figure is called the production processing deviation. Production processing precision and production processing deviation are all professional terms for commenting on the main parameters of the production and processing surface geometry. The precision of production and processing is considered by the tolerance level. The smaller the level value, the higher the precision; the deviation of production and processing is expressed by the standard value, and the larger the standard value, the greater the deviation.
