Assembly Technical Requirements  for CNC machining parts

1. It is allowed to use sealing packing or sealant when assembling the hydraulic system, but it should be prevented from entering the system.

2. Parts and components entering assembly (including purchased parts and outsourced parts) must have a certificate from the inspection department before they can be assembled.

3. Parts must be cleaned and cleaned before assembly, and there must be no burrs, flashes, scale, rust, chips, oil, colorants and dust.

4. Before assembly, the main matching dimensions of parts and components, especially the interference fit dimensions and related accuracy should be reviewed.

5. Parts are not allowed to be knocked, bumped, scratched and corroded during the assembly process.

6. When the tapered pin is assembled, it should be painted and inspected with the hole, and its contact rate should not be less than 60% of the mating length, and it should be evenly distributed.

7. The number of tooth surfaces that the spline assembly contacts at the same time shall not be less than 2/3, and the contact rate shall not be less than 50% in the direction of the length and height of the spline teeth.

8. After the flat key (or spline) of sliding fit is assembled, the corresponding parts can move freely without any unevenness of elasticity.

9. Before assembly, all the pipes should remove the flash, burr and chamfer at the end of the pipe. Use compressed air or other methods to remove debris and floating rust attached to the inner wall of the pipe.

10. Before assembly, all steel pipes (including prefabricated pipes) must be degreased, pickled, neutralized, washed and rust-proofed.

11. When assembling, tighten the fixed parts of pipe clamps, supports, flanges and joints with threads to prevent loosening.
