Under the conditions of a frequency of 50Hz and a voltage of 40 kV, the breakdown voltage of POM material is greater than 40 kV, and its dielectric constant and dielectric loss are both low, 3.5 (measured at 1kHz) and 0.005 (measured at 1MHz). This good insulation makes POM parts suitable for medical equipment components that require electrical isolation, such as electrocardiographs, sphygmomanometers, etc.
