Non-standard CNC machined parts processing can be interpreted as part processing without standards if it is understood literally.


What are the surface treatments of non-standard CNC machined parts during processing?


Such as: Galvanize / Zinc coating; nickel plating; Chroming; TiCN coating; black oxided; Anodized


  1. There should be no scratches or abrasions on the surface of the parts that damage the parts.


2. The surface of the processed thread must not have defects such as black leather, bumps, random buckles and burrs. Before painting the surface of all steel products, rust, scale, grease, dust, dirt, salt and dirt must be removed before painting.

3. Before removing rust, first use organic solvents, lye, emulsifier, steam, etc. to remove the grease and dirt on the surface of steel parts.

4. The time interval between the surface to be coated and the primer coating after shot blasting or manual rust removal is not more than 6h.

5. The processed surfaces of the parts where the riveting parts are in contact with each other must be coated with a rust-proof paint with a thickness of 30 to 40 μm before connection.


Overlap edges should be closed with paint, putty or adhesive. Primers that have been damaged due to processing or welding must be repainted.
